Diversity & Inclusion Council
In 2020, STAR formed the Diversity & Inclusion Council. The council is an diverse group of leaders from STAR who create and execute on the plans to drive a diversity and inclusion strategy and develop the framework for implementing and impacting initiatives, programs, policies and processes.
The mission of the D&I Council is to foster an environment that attracts and retains the best talent while upholding respect for all, which creates the understanding necessary to further our organization’s success.
Thus far, the D&I Council has offered employees events, literature, volunteer opportunities, webinars, discussion opportunities, and more to celebrate and educate about diversity and inclusion.
