Q. What does the name STAR stand for?

A. STAR is an acronym that includes the first letter of the first name of the four founders of the company, namely: Selah Wright, Thomas Marcuccilli, Arthur Hodson, and Ralph Marcuccilli.

Q. When will I be eligible for benefits?

A. Full-time employees are eligible to participate on the first day of their fourth month of employment. For instance, an individual employed on December 15th would first be eligible to enroll in benefits on the following April 1st.

Q. Does STAR have a 401k plan?

A. STAR has an excellent 401k plan. Participants are automatically enrolled in the 401k program at a 5% contribution rate. Contributions begin 60 days after employment and eligibility for company contributions is the first anniversary of employment.
