Participants in this generous program are pursuing Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s degrees in job-related disciplines. Included are traditional, LEAP, and online programs of study.
Twice each year every team member participates in planned Learning Days that address company knowledge, job skills, and techniques that make individuals more effective employees and the business a more effective provider of financial services.
All team members participate in industry-sponsored education programs each year that provide insight into topics such as fraud prevention, privacy issues, security, prevention of sexual harassment, and many others.
Continuing Education opportunities are available through STAR Academy as well as outside professional organizations. Team members, with management approval, participate to increase professional skills and obtain or continue certifications and professional designations.
