Fort Wayne, Ind. (September 22, 2023) – STAR Financial Group is pleased to name Jim Kelley and Doug Boles to the STAR Bank Board of Directors.

Kelley is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Kelley Automotive, having served as the Vice President from 2004 to 2013. The family-owned and operated automotive group has been a Fort Wayne-area staple for over 70 years.

He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship before earning his Master’s Degree in International Trade and Transport from London Guildhall University, now London Metropolitan University.

 

 

 

 

Boles has been the president of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation since 2013 after serving as the organization’s chief operating officer. He was previously the vice president of communications for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and its parent organization Hulman & Company.

 

Boles is a Butler University graduate who also earned a law degree from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. He serves the Indianapolis community through his board service of INDYCAR Ministry, 500 Festival, United States Auto Club and Motorsports Hall of Fame.
