As Director of Private Banking at STAR, Scott Bove is responsible for managing STAR's Private Bankers throughout central and northeast Indiana and expanding the bank's loan, deposit, and investment activities among high net worth clients.
A graduate of Purdue University, he earned a bachelor's degree in business management before later returning to earn his MBA from Purdue's Krannert School of Management.
Scott devotes time outside of the office to several area organizations, including the Purdue University President's Council, Touchdown for Kids, Ronald McDonald Children's House and the Indiana Society of Chicago. He is also an avid golfer, water and snow skier, enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
Courtney Lloyd has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry providing deposit, lending and investment solutions to residents and businesses in the Indianapolis and Hamilton County area. Her private clients appreciate her emphasis on providing outstanding customer service.
Courtney is active in the community and lends her expertise by volunteering her time outside of the office to OneZone Chamber of Commerce, Easter Seals, and Catch the Stars Foundation.
She earned her bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of Toledo. While attending college, Courtney played on the women's basketball team.
Sharon Knapp has more than 20 years of experience in credit, deposit and lending for Private Banking clients. She prides herself on her exceptional customer service and her understanding of her clients’ needs. Her enthusiasm and attitude is what drives her to success.
Sharon is active in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA), a national non-profit organization. She also volunteers with various local community programs, focusing on children’s issues and breast cancer awareness.
Sharon is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Political Science.
Beth Tilley-Martin has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, providing a variety of financial solutions to her customers.
Beth is active in her community, having served as Past President of the Tipton County Boys & Girls Club, Past President of the Tipton County Chamber of Commerce, on the Boards of Tipton Community Schools and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University – Kokomo. Beth is a past Precinct Committeeman in Tipton, and was named the 2012 Business Person of the Year by the Tipton County Chamber of Commerce.
She is a graduate of Tipton High School and attended Ivy Tech and Indiana University – Kokomo.
Brittainy is experienced in the banking industry, providing deposit, lending and investment solutions to individuals in Allen County. Her private clients appreciate her market knowledge and commitment to delivering an exceptional banking experience.
Active in the community, Brittainy supports and lends her time to several community organizations and causes, particularly breast cancer awareness. She also enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
Brittainy received her bachelor’s degree in financial counseling and planning from Purdue University, and studied abroad while working for a wealth management firm in Sydney, Australia.
Robert has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, helping his clients meet their financial goals. From deposit accounts and personal or business loans to more complex wealth management services, Robert will efficiently deliver STAR’s products and services to you.
Outside the office, Robert is actively involved with the LIFT program, teaching life skills and values to disabled children. He also serves on the Faith and Finance Committee for Grace Community Church.
Robert earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington.

An active member of the community, Amanda serves on the Program Committee for the Builders and Contractors Association, the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, and various committee positions for the Fort Wayne Ballet. She is also a founding member of the Women’s Business Forum.
Amanda is a graduate of Ball State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business.
