Keith directs and leads the trust officers and financial advisors of the STAR Wealth Management team in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Marion, and Muncie. His 30 years in the industry gives him the background and vision to help STAR's customers find the best and most successful investment strategies. A graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, Keith earned his MBA from Taylor University, graduating with distinction.
Keith helps high net worth clients with trust, estate planning, investment management, and retirement planning. In Fort Wayne, Keith is a Director at the University of St. Francis. He also serves on the Northeast Indiana Regional Workforce Board and on the board of directors for the Fort Wayne Civic Theater.
Erika Dornseif is a Trust Officer with STAR Wealth Management. In this capacity, she is the primary client contact for trust accounts in northern Indiana, and is responsible for handling estate administration and fiduciary reporting. Erika joined STAR in 2001 after five years with a national financial services firm with offices in Fort Wayne.
Erika carries multiple NASD licenses as well as the Indiana Health Insurance license. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Terri is responsible for the daily operational functions for the department and trust clients. She is a Certified Securities Operations Professional and oversees the organization of the Operations area of STAR Wealth Management.
She joined STAR Wealth Management in July of 2003. Prior to joining STAR Wealth, she was a Securities Trader for Wells Fargo Trust & Investment. She also spent several years at Fort Wayne National Bank, serving as a Securities Trader and an Investment Associate.
A lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, Terri graduated from South Side High School and received an Associate Degree in Business from Ivy Tech College, Fort Wayne. Terri is currently a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers.
Matt is responsible for STAR Wealth Management’s investment strategy and provides portfolio management for his clients. He has over 10 years of experience as a Portfolio Manager in Central Indiana and specializes in institutional and non-profit relationships. In his career, he has been responsible for over $1 Billion in assets.
He holds a B.A from Ball State University where he graduated cum laude from the Honors College, along with an MBA from Western Governors University. Matt is a CFA charterholder and Vice President of CFA Society Indianapolis.
Matt is a Lilly Endowment scholar and 2017 honoree of The Star Press and M Magazine’s “20 Under 40.” He serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Miller College of Business at Ball State University. He also serves on the Lilly Endowment selection committee for the Legacy Fund in Hamilton County. Matt also makes time to volunteer with the Wheeler Mission and Indiana Sports Corporation.
Doug has over 25 years experience managing assets for Endowments, Foundations, Not for Profit Organizations, and high net worth families and individuals. His duties at STAR include individualized portfolio management, strategic asset allocation, financial and estate planning.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, and completed his course study for his Certified Financial Planner designation at Taylor University.

Kate joined STAR in 2014 after four years with a public accounting firm in audit services and one year with a hedge fund administrator in regulatory reporting. She received both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters in Science of Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Laura began her career in fiduciary services in 2004. She has significant experience in estate, personal trust and charitable trust administration, along with considerable experience in fiduciary income and death tax preparation. Laura uses her broad experience and fiduciary knowledge to find solutions for her clients’ financial, tax, investment and estate planning needs. Her experience has taught her to be attentive to her clients’ needs and goals and to look for appropriate solutions that add value.
Laura has earned degrees from both Ball State University and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and is an honor graduate of the Cannon Trust School. She currently holds the professional designation of Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA). She is active in her community and is currently serving as the secretary of Fair Haven Foundation and serves on the Planned Giving Committee of WFYI. Laura is also a member of the Indianapolis Estate Planning Council.
