STAR offers a High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account option to all full-time employees* working 30+ hours. Vision and dental coverage are also available.
STAR proudly offers a contribution and match to the health savings accounts of our employees in order to make their healthcare more affordable. In addition, STAR’s health plan covers a variety of preventive (wellness) services at no cost to the employee!
We partner with a variety of PPO networks which are determined by the county in which an employee resides.
