Health Plan
At STAR, we prioritize the health and happiness of our team because our people are the driving force behind our success.
We offer a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) option to all full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. Vision and dental coverage are also available. To support affordability, STAR contributes to and matches a portion of employee HSA funds. Our plan also includes a wide range of preventive wellness services at no cost to participants. Coverage is provided through a network of PPO partners, based on the employee’s county of residence.
*Note: Spouses with access to coverage through their own employer are not eligible for STAR’s health plan.
