Application Checklist

Income, Asset & Employment Information

  • Residence addresses for the past 2yrs with landlord information if applicable.
  • Name and address of employer(s) for the past 2yrs with W-2’s, 1099’s, etc.
  • Last 2 pay stubs showing gross monthly salary and all deductions.
  • If self-employed, most recent 2yrs tax returns (both personal and corporate), with all schedules.
  • Last 2 months statements (Checking, Savings, Investment, and IRA).
  • Copy of the accepted sales contract.
  • Deposit will be required for appraisal.
