Fort Wayne Orthapedics

FWO’s commitment to helping patients move better, live stronger, and heal faster is matched by STAR’s dedication to helping businesses grow with confidence. From financing new facilities to supporting advanced technologies and provider recruitment, STAR has been instrumental in helping FWO scale its impact across northeast Indiana and beyond.

“STAR didn’t just offer us financial solutions, they offered insight, flexibility, and a genuine interest in our mission. That’s rare.”
— Dr. J.P. Manalo, Fort Wayne Orthopedics

A Partnership That Moves People Forward

When Fort Wayne Orthopedics set out to expand its reach and elevate patient care, they needed more than just a bank. They needed a partner who understood the pace, precision, and purpose of healthcare. That partner was Trevor Smith and STAR.

Built on Trust. Backed by Expertise.

STAR’s relationship with FWO goes beyond transactions. It’s built on shared values: integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to community. Whether it’s navigating complex lending needs or streamlining operational efficiencies, STAR brings healthcare-savvy financial guidance to the table.

“We needed a financial partner who could keep up with our growth and anticipate our needs. STAR has done that and more.”
— Dr. Jerry Cooper, Fort Wayne Orthopedics

A Model for Meaningful Partnerships

The success of FWO and STAR’s collaboration is a blueprint for other healthcare organizations looking to grow without compromising care. It’s proof that when financial strategy aligns with clinical excellence, everyone benefits, especially the patients.
