To receive the $50 Refer-a-Friend bonus:
You must:
1. Register by completing the form above.
2. Provide contact information and a valid email address for the friend (friend, family member, or colleague) you are referring. Your friend will receive an email notification containing registration instructions and the requirements of the offer. If a new account is opened because of your referral, you will receive a $50 bonus into your checking account within 10 days of account opening.
¹Your friend must:
1. Present the Refer-a-Friend email invitation at their local STAR Bank and open a new personal checking account within 30 days of receiving the email communication.
2. Keep new account open and in good standing for at least 120 days.
3. The following conditions must be met each statement cycle to qualify for the bonus:
- Monthly direct deposit of at least $500, and
- E-statements, and
- At least five (5) debit card transactions.
Once your friend opens a new qualifying checking account, you will receive the $50 bonus to your primary checking account. If your friend completes the requirements outlined above within 120 days of account opening, he/she will also receive a $50 credit to his/her STAR checking account.
