Report Lost/Stolen ATM/Debit Card:

  • Call STAR Customer Solutions at (888) 395-2447
  • For lost or stolen ATM or Debit Cards after normal business hours, please contact STAR using the number above. You will be redirected to a Fraud Center Representative.
  • Your new card and pin will be mailed to you in separate envelopes for your security. Typically, they will arrive at the address on record within 2 - 3 business days following your request.
